As much as I want Roquan Smith, or Anthony Miller, or even James Daniels to be labeled as our best rookie at this point, being they are such high picks, I'd have to give Bilal Nichols my vote. I think he's about ready to take over the 3rd spot on the DL alongside Hicks and Goldman. A lot of season left of course. Daniels is set to become a regular starter and I fully expect Smith and Miller to really shine in their respective roles as the season progresses. But right now Nichols is da man. I've been extremely impressed with his play to date.

Agreed, tho Smith's position has more responsibility.

Hard to say but the most disappointing has been Joel Iyiegbuniwe.

Definitely agree with this and my hope is like I originally stated that when the season has finished we'll be looking at Smith or Miller as our top rookie, if for no other reason than the importance of their draft slots. But I'm pleasantly surprised at the development that Bilal has displayed so far. What a plus to have on the DL.

Yeah, no doubt. He has been just about non-existent. I think we all expected more from him. If nothing else, I thought he was a potential star for our STs. Not hardly.

reminds me of a young Tommie Harris.

Nichols. He's been a stud.

But Roquan is making some strides and I think he starts making some plays soon. I also expect Daniels to play well.

Rookie WR's don't tend to go off. It usually takes a season. I think Miller contributes this year and then breaks through next year.

Hard not to think about Nichols at the moment. He's not starting but is making plays when he is in. Hard to ask for more. I like some of the other rookies, this is looking good as draft classes go, but as far as play making. Nichols.

Well, that would certainly be nice. Need to see it in an expanded role first. However, I agree that he's been a force to be reckon with when in the game.

Hopefully he takes better care of his legs than Harris did and we'll get to see his full potential.

Miller or Smith based on volume. Nichols based on impact plays.
