The Eagles aggressively dismiss the LB position. They stock up on D line and ignore LB almost entirely.

Thing is, in today's NFL all the LBs only play a fraction of the time. You have most teams now using nickel and dime fronts a lot of the time to stop all these little slot receivers teams use.
