Yes they do. The exception is the Lions because they already play on Thanksgiving and the NFL knows no one wants the Lions in two prime time games but the NFL rule is that every team must have at least one Thursday game on their schedule every year.

But there have been good entertaining games on Thursday Night over the years. Not every game is a hit but not every game is a miss either. If you don't like it then don't watch it. Every team in the league plays at least one Thursday game every season. There are no unfair advantages at play. It doesn't quite feel the same as a Sunday or Monday game but it's still better than having no NFL games on Thursday.

I went with love as i'm between like and love but nearer love. (I'd add Wednesday Night football to the schedule as well). There are 2 things obviously wrong with the current system. The 1st is that every team gets to be on it. The 2nd is that teams don't have a 10 or 11 day period going into it as well as coming out of it. The 2nd problem could be solved by extending the season by 1 more week without adding any more games.

Chargers @ Chiefs was good earlier this season. Dolphins @ Bengals wasn't a bad game until the Tua double concussion. SNF has had really only one good game this year so far and that was last week Bengals @ Ravens. MNF so far has the highest hit ratio of quality games this season.

It is comparable, sure playing on a short week isn't ideal but both teams have that happening and it's mostly about the match ups regardless if it's TNF or SNF or MNF or a Sunday game. They all have a equal chance of sucking if it's like two lame teams sucking hind titty playing. KC vs LAC is interesting no matter what day they play.Bears vs Commanders suck regardless of the day of week.

I'm much more offended by garbage big market teams continuing to get prime time games.

There hasn't been a justifiable reason to spend any time talking about the Bears since the 2006 season. But the corporate sports media will spend the next week talking about them after yet another loss.

But we're not debating whether or not "Sunday" football is fun to watch. It's about "Thursday" hence the reason the meme is funny because the other "Night" football games are better...

That said, there really have been some pretty good Thursday night games. Just funny that two weeks in a row they have been lackluster.

Early season games are bad in general because of the lack of preseason play. Thursday games have less practice, less planning, less preparation. Add it up for a worse product.

I can't stand it. Absolute dreck. They need a minimum of six days between games. The only Thursday football should be Thanksgiving...with those six teams coming off their bye week. Agree, disagree? Discuss.

Sure it does...if for no other reason, players have more time to recuperate from last game. MANY players missed the Thursday game over the years but woulda played on Sunday
