Can Sidney Crosby win them all? No? :)

Vezina-Anderson
Norris-Letang (but I think it should go to Beauch. To much emphasis on #s these days)
Selke-*blank* (I need to look over stats, because this is a tough one to evaluate otherwise
Hart-Crosby
Adams-Boudreau

I had to look them over too. The usual suspects just haven been there this year. I almost put Hossa, based on the eyeball test. Then I checked him numbers. Good, but not fantastic.

really nothing different than you guys have, but:

Adams:
Maclean
Boudreau
Therrien

i dont really see Quenville doing that amazing of a job behind the bench.. great streak, ya, but he's got fantastic players (not saying the ducks/habs dont have any good players, but come on).. the ducks and habs were supposed to be in #1 overall pick contention, not top 2 or 3 in the league

and how the sens are still competitive is completely baffling to me.. they aren't a great team on paper with spezza, michalek, karlsson, and anderson playing, without, they aren't much better than an AHL team on paper

Hart - Crosby, Staal, Stamkos
Norris - Letang, Ekman - Larsson, Beauchemin (dark horse Voynov) but you can't forget what Timmonen is doing either. It will be interesting to see who pulls this out.

Selke - Bergeron, Seguin, Marchand - going all bruins which is the easy way out.
Vezina - Anderson, Crawford, Rask
Adams - Therrien, Quenneville, Boudreau(dark horse Yeo)

I think out of these we did find a couple that have been consistent in Crosby and Anderson. I'm really excited to see who comes away with the Selke and Norris.

I went with Callahan over Staal because I feel like we ignore when a winger really dominates his defensive responsibility. Not to knock Eric Staal, but having Jordan on his team makes me think that Jordan is taking a lot of the shutdown load off of his hands, which allows him to concentrate a little more on offense. That's my only reservation there.

I think Letang finally gets the Norris because of how good he's been defensively this year. Two years ago he could score, that was about it. Now he's arguably the Penguins best defender (not that it's that hard, heh).

I'm going to make a strange confession and admit I have done my best to avoid NHL hockey this year. Fuck the lockout. But from what Detroit hockey I have caught, Kronwall has not been Norris caliber. He has stepped it up big time in Lidstrom's absence, and has not just embraced the role of number one defenseman for the team but thrived in it... however, he's just not smart enough in his own zone, positionally, or on the breakout. He's so underrated as an offensively cerebral blue liner, but his defense is lacking. It is better than I expected though.

I'd give it to Gallagher. Tarasenko probably had it, but concussions ensue.

I think Brodeur should get some consideration for MVP since the Devils have been free falling since he's been out.

LOL.

I nominate Derek Dorsett. Soon as he got hurt, the Jackets came alive.
