I'm pretty sure he did hit 100 but his birthday is in October. So unless the rules have changed since his draft year, he would have missed the draft cutoff for his birth year and therefore would have played most of his rookie season as 19 year old the following year. So I don't think it was him.

Nope. He never did it according to my answer-confirmation research. In fact, I have only found two seasons all-time in which a player achieved it, but I'll recheck that.

EDIT: I amend. I thought he had, but I missed it on the initial search. But he did it earlier that this person.
