No one is even going to bite at this one? There must be no Wings fans participating in this thread. The answer is Ray Sheppard. He's the other $1 man the Wings had in the early to mid 90s. Although that wasn't how the Wings acquired him. He was traded for $1 in a transaction between the Rangers and Sabres before eventually ending up with the Wings.
