Lance Lynn first up. Maybe we get to see Elvis in the building. The trouble with screwing around all season is you have to perform in a series like this one.
I'm going with a gazillion. And I'll bet I'm right!!!Runner at third, nobody out - can’t get the run home. How many times have they failed to score with a runner on 3rd with less than 2 outs this year?
Vs Civale as well who has struggled. Need to take this game down. Period.Really entertaining win y the Sox tonight. Cueto had a great night pitching and even TLR went against his grain and allowed Cueto to pitch for two outs in the 9th. Also, Elvis Andrus - not contaminated by White Sox development - had some great baserunning that gave the Sox an insurance run. So, 2-0 win - Twins also lost. Cease on the bump tomorrow,
LOL - so that's what happened. So, we have Cease lined up vs Civale and his 5.68 ERA... and it stops raining at 10 AM ET for a Noon ET first pitch.
But conveniently... the Guardians grounds crew fucked up and we don't get to play today? That uh... well... fucking sucks. And is possibly suspect.
you thinking they may have colluded there so they wouldn't have to face cease? So, we have Cease lined up vs Civale and his 5.68 ERA... and it stops raining at 10 AM ET for a Noon ET first pitch.

I mean, probably not. I have no proof of that. Would be rather extreme. I definitely don't think that Cleveland minded the rain out, though. It's also just not typically heard of that there's no rain for two hours or so BEFORE scheduled first pitch. Yet... a major league grounds crew can't figure it out? I'm not going to sit here and say they made it happen. However, they certainly didn't mind and perhaps didn't try very hard to get the game in.you thinking they may have colluded there so they wouldn't have to face cease?
