Going strictly based on schedule, I think of the 3 teams, LSU has the best chance of turning into a dumpster fire. They play road games against Auburn, Florida, & Texas A&M. Tough home games vs Bama and Ole Miss. Could easily see a 8-4 season. I think OU and Notre Dame are both winning 9+ games. I'll say 10-2 for Notre Dame and 9-3 for Oklahoma

They (being SC) have made changes, no Hollywood stars hanging around, and there is a fanbase that is torn, some want the Carrol ways back while the new staff is trying to get away from that stuff.

Personally the Pac12 south is a straight up dumpster fire, UCLA shit the bed, the Arizona schools won't be anything good, so in a sick world SC could win that lower D2 division.

Honestly you can't add SC because you have to be relevant before you can have a melt down and they haven't been relevant since Carroll left. Getting curb stomped by Bama was more or less expected. They are likely to have a bad year with their schedule as it is, but the others on the list had real expectations and fell flat. Entirely different.

For now, the Sooners should be okay.

But, OKLAHOMA might not want to lose to OHIO STATE.
They are really good on their home field, but if they lose that one...... the natives will get restless in a hurry.

I think OU will win that game.

But, if not they will be looking at (1-2) heading to a must win road game at top 10 TCU.

Then they'b better do some soul searching quick! They more or less got shut out in the 2nd half... getting a TD while a defense is in 'prevent mode' doesn't say much. I just don't see where their offense has made any improvements from last year.

The loss to Wisconsin is a head scratcher. With weapons like Dupre, Dural and Fournette, even the most average QB on the planet should be able to put some offense together just putting jump balls out there. If LSU can put it all together, they will be a force.

You'd think we went 4-8 last year based on this thread. We were 21-6 the last two years, with the only losses where we were out of it in the last two minutes coming to the last two national champs.

Perhaps my post was poorly worded... I'm in no way saying you have a bad team, but the 14 LSU scored was almost accidental and w/out the bad breaks Wisc had in the end zone, this game could have ended 20-something to nothing. LSU has NFL talent and should be a VERY good team. Just not at all what I expected out of them.. that is the head-scratcher.

LSU. The first game after barely hanging onto his job and refusing to change his OC, and still run the same garbage offensively lost him his job. Even if LSU wins, he would be gone, because that is all you will see all season.

TB I wish I could agree, but this season is already sunk. You pull a move like that every single kid that signed is bolting, possibly mid season. All these kids that love Miles, are now gone. We had 11 transfers last off-season, you have that in one day if LSU were to make Oregeron the interim coach.

I think the Irish are in the worst position. Plenty of teams have been blown out by Bama and have either just finished a pretty good season or finish the season well.....There's no excuse for losing to a Texas team that's in the shape they're in. And their schedule gets harder.
