Offense - revamped OL, return of Freeman , another year of experience for Ridley to go with Jones and Sanu. I'll be disappointed if it's not too 5

Prediction- Offense 2nd

Defense - return of Jones, Neal and Allen . Good depth on the DL but questions on the pass rush and 2nd CB

Prediction - defense 14th ranked

I'm going OFC top 10 (between 5 and 8 would be my guess. Freeman is huge, obviously the OL has to improve at 3 of the 5 positions...Qadree Ollison needs to factor for the OFC imo...they need to be able to line up and get a 1 yd, yd and half on the ground instead of Matt being in shotgun 80% of the time.

Tend to agree on DEF...I expect CB play to improve slightly, but I have little to no confidence in the pass rush. Lot of pressure on Quinn to blitz if those boys on the edge are not making it happen.

Your d is better than that. Imho much. There’s always that one unit that jumps big. It’s the saints

OFC...top 10 (my guess is 6 to 8th)...Ben's passing attempts should come down from 675 (WTF!!) to 550ish. With Snell Jr, they have more depth at RB, so the game plan should not change to just "air it out" if Connor goes down.

DEF...8 to 12...more than anything, I'm expecting a better 3rd down DEF this season.

Not that I see all of their games or whatever...but every good OFC they faced last yr nearly put up 30 on them.

Cam Jordan IS their primary pass rush, good player, but Rankins is the next best, and he's coming off a season ending injury...may not be the same guy. They probably won't be as good again the run this yr, and maybe they stay the same vs pass.

There is no way Dallas' O is jumping from nearly bottom 10 (1 off) to top 10 in the league with no major adjustments and Dak 'tap dancing' Prescott at the helm. Your D IMO will be very good and carry the team to most if not all wins.

Maybe not, but they were #14 in 2017 and #5 in 2016 and there are fully expected to be major adjustments

edit: and I don't know where to find it, but they may have been top 10 last year the last 9 weeks with Cooper? At least a lot closer

Check from week ten throughbthe playoffs. I believe they were the top d in the league or close to it

I'd be really disappointed in the offense finished 8th. They were 6th last year with no Freeman and the worst OL in the NFC. 8th would mean ( imo) that the OL regressed which is tough to fathom lol

Wait... so they've gone from #5... to #14... to #22.... So... top 10, and the current administration (who has been there for all of those seasons) will 'turn it around'. Got it. Jesus - I'm glad so many folks on this forum know about football, I don't stand a chance keeping up with the league these days!

Since you know so much about Football you obviously know they have a new OC this year and have added a top 10ish WR the 2nd half of last year and will be getting back arguably the best Center in the league to go with hopefully a reasonably healthy OL for the first time since 2016 and have completely remade the WR group...

The point is small changes even can have a drastic affect on rankings. But again, you know so much about Football that obviously you know that

Basically every NFL team wanted to pay me several millions of dollars for my expert advice but I felt it would be an unfair advantage and ruin the competition in the game.
