From an outside perspective a good start would be Caldwell. I didn't think it was a good hire to begin with. Stafford I don't think is a bad QB but he isn't a great one so if you get a high pick this year don't be afraid to take a QB. Get a RB period you don't have a good one on your roster. Your defense despite todays loss isn't all that bad you CJ and tate are a pretty good 1 and 2.
