Question, just for my own personal future references, but does LOL'd with your little smile icon stand for "I don't know how to carry a conversation with someone that doesn't agrees with me, and questions the validity of my arguments"?

You's don't?

Man, if Bo loses 4 games in 2013 he should admit he is not right person for the job and leave town on his own. If they lose to Mitch e Ginn they will not be in B1G champ game. So they lose to Blue, that is all I see. But as you know they will usually lose a game they should win, so they will get beat by Purdue or PSU. Then lose their bowl game because it will be a SEC team. So, three loses max, should only be 2.

First I LOL'd (laughed out loud) while I read the first part of your post...

first, have you gauged every booster on how they would react to another 4 loss season. second, did you also asked them if they do, or don't post on sports message boards? Do you know for a fact that Eichorst would only listen to the boosters?

It was in reply to this..

I don't believe the boosters are going to take the risk in ousting a 9 or 10 win coach.

They are not armchair QB's posting on message boards. So yes, I think they'll remain calm.

It wasn't stated as fact, it was stated as what I thought.

Then you posted this....

Boosters are giving millions to their passion, and getting no monetary return. Do you think they are going to be objective, and have great patience? Hello no, these are rich guys with huge egos. All of them think they know best. Sorry, another four loss season is not going to go over well, even if you promise the boosters a round of golf with Bo and company.

Momentarily the only thing I could think of to post was something like this ...

first, have you gauged every booster on how they would react to another 4 loss season. second, did you also asked them if they do, or don't post on sports message boards? Do you know for a fact that Eichorst would only listen to the boosters?

But instead I did this :L .....(that means I facepalmed)

If we have 4 blowout losses this year, I will light the torches and hand out the pitchforks.

I could realistically see 4 losses, but I'm trying to stay positive....

I'll try to stay positive also. My Dad used to call me the eternal optimist!

Once the flag was called and TD came back I was done. They can body slam tmart but light bell can lay wood and make defenders "kiss the baby". It's ok we will be seeing wisky soon like I've said I want 100pts on them :lm::lm::lm:

The game was over at that point so it doesn't really matter if a flag was thrown or a TD called back. I just think it's funny watching the badger roll.

What's disappointing is that a thin WR is the hardest hitting mofo on the Husker team.

Both of those.

But I'd add that Enunwa is right up there with Bell as the hardest hitting mofo on the team.

At that point I was out of big red kool aid.

Don't forget about the hit big q did against Fresno state after the INT by tmart. Caused a fumble and got back possession for neb.

Enunwa would have Mo Purify popularity if it weren't for KB.

I know the game was over at that point, but that AWESOME AND LEGAL BLOCK was one of the very very few bright points in that ?beautifully defended? game by Pelini. The official who threw the flag needs to get that cock out of his ass. lol

I'm surprised some cock up their ass official didn't throw a flag on that perfectly legal block also.

Now, I am not hoping for another 4 loss season. I like Bo, I do. I hope he does great this season. I would think it would be unfair if he got fired if he wins 10 games again. But, fairness and perspective hardly ever go together when talking about coaching in big time sports. In fact, the next time perspective and fairness go together with coaching in big time sports, it will be the first time. I don't want Bo to get fired, unless for some reason David Shaw proclaimed he wants to coach the Huskers.

Boosters are giving millions to their passion, and getting no monetary return. Do you think they are going to be objective, and have great patience? Hello no, these are rich guys with huge egos. All of them think they know best. Sorry, another four loss season is not going to go over well, even if you promise the boosters a round of golf with Bo and company.

the game has change. The life shelf of a coach is getting shorter and shorter. Look at Auburn, they got rid of Chiznik after being removed just two seasons from winning the school only their second National Title in their entire history. Look at what David Shaw, Chip Kelly, jumping jack enthusiast Will Muschamp, Charlie Strong, and Brady Hoke have done for their programs in shorter time. Nebraska has top notch facilities, all the money the program could need. And they aren't getting the results. This past draft, only having two players drafted is an embarrassment. With all the money that goes into the program, we should have at least four players drafted every season.

This is Bo's sixth season. All the players, are his recruits. All the coaches are his hires. It used to be, when Nebraska loss, it was a close game, and it was seen as a good sign cause of how bad we were. It was promising, then those close loses turned into blow outs. Six seasons in, blows out will not do, and I don't think close ones either. Is BCS or bust for Bo.

I agree completely with this. 9/10 wins per season doesn't mean that much if we're not seeing some quality wins along the way. One among many reasons Callahan didn't last was that he could not handle the media. Bo isn't any better. if you give answeers like "we stunk" or "I don't knwo what happened", it won't be just the boosters on his back but the media as well. To this point in his career @ Nebraska, the media has been relatively tame with Bo. IMO another 4 loss year just won't cut it.

GBR
