Our easy schedule could fuck us come bowl season though

We could be in a way better bowl than we should be simply by playing an easy shedule

Good Lord you pessimistic Mother Fuckers.

We'll win 10 by pure schedule.

We have 4 games next year.

Northwestern, Michigan State, and UCLA are all at home and the supposed thing since sliced bread on the road in Michigan.

We had 2 players drafted into the NFL. Just like Michigan (Shhhhhhh)

Get a grip and get some pride MFers. We are winning this shiznit.

Are you counting a potential CCG and a bowl game against SEC #2, 3, or 4?

Losses to UCLA and Michigan aren't out of the question so that's (2). A potential bofart where Nebraska can't seem to get out of it's own way would make (3), and then the bowl game would make (4).

Another scenario (excluding a bofart)...Potential UCLA and Michigan losses (2), Michigan loses 2 in conference allowing Nebraska to sneak into the CCG (3), then the bowl game (4).

Therefore (9-4) or (10-4) is not out of the question.

If, if, if the Huskers lose 4 games next season. Then it is curtains on Bo's time in Lincoln. There is no way we should lose 4 games next season, not with a cream puff schedule. I just don't see how you can justify to the fans bringing Bo back when he loses 4 games every season. I mean, we are all calm now, but go back to every time the Huskers lose a game. We go nuts. So, for Bo's sake, no four loses. Heck, I don't think 3 loses is a safe bet that he stays either.

He'll survive 4 losses.

It has more to do with 'potential' losses than thinking they will lose going into the game.

I thought NU could beat UCLA (1st year coach), Ohio St (1st year coach), Wisconsin (7-5 and #3 in the Leaders), and Georgia.

Didn't work out that way, tho.

The only slightly possible way 4 losses gets Bo fired is if all of those losses are total blowouts.

If we have 4 blowout losses this year, I will light the torches and hand out the pitchforks.

I could realistically see 4 losses, but I'm trying to stay positive....

I feel about the same as Moe there, cept my torches got all burned up last year already

4 loses is easily obtainable for our defense, until I see otherwise :deadhorse:

I hope for the best anyhow

I doubt it. We go nuts every time we lose a game. Taylor gets called all kinds of names, Papuchis is called a chump. Bo gets called all kinds of names. Sure now we are all cool. But if we lose to Northwestern, we are going to go batshit crazy. He won't last with four loses, again. New AD, they like to put their finger print on the marquee sport. Plus, coming from Miami to Lincoln, whole different beast. Fans are rabid, and they will hoot and holler all day long. And again, with this cream puff of a schedule? Lets say Michigan only wins 10 games too, and one of those is against us. Is that good enough? Hell no, the story will be, when is big time games, Bo can't hang.

I hope for the best too. i am not conceding any loses. I think we can run the tables here. I think we will have a hell of a offense. The defense can't be any worst than last year. I like Bo, he is got a good recruiting class. He seems to be working better with the media, which matters. But truth be told, four loses are not going to well at all, not again. I mean, if we lose a couple of close games that were dumb luck, maybe, maybe he survives. But the cream puff schedule, we should win no less than 12 games this season.

The fans can't do it. Only the boosters can oust a coach.

The fans, if anything, will push Bo to accept a position elsewhere before the boosters would agree on anything. However Bo's stock as a HC is taking some damage points imo

and you think the boosters are going to be calm? And Eichorst is not going to hear it from just the regular fans? he is living in Lincoln, he is bound to run into a few fans.

I don't believe the boosters are going to take the risk in ousting a 9 or 10 win coach.

They are not armchair QB's posting on message boards. So yes, I think they'll remain calm.

Yes, the fans could convince Bo to leave on his own accord.

But that rarely happens when a coach is guaranteed near $3 million a year to just stay and plug his ears.

They and a former fucktard AD did that once... it backfired horribly. I hope they keep that in mind.
