Long and short his cap hit would skyrocket from $20M this year to $48M if traded on the first day of the league year. And if they really cant wait till post June 1st to do it because it means they would have to pay his $26M option bonus instead of the trading team taking it on and paying it.

You're right no successor, the Rams just need to make sure the offensive line is built with Kupp and Stafford they have a shot in the NFC. 2024 is the rebuild.
