Speaking about Cook, honestly I cannot lie.....he is a GREAT coach.

I just don't care. My heart isn't with that Volleyball program and unfortunately it just never will be.

I am very happy that they help out our Athletic program so much and am very grateful for how they represent us. I'm also very happy for those folks who are big fans of the Volleyball program.

Before Cook there was a coach you could compare to Devaney. In that he built a powerhouse where there was none. Unlike Devaney, he had to do Coach Miles like stuff. Like run premotions, offer free pizza and shit. That dude's name is Terry Pettit. The court in new Devaney is named in his honor. He poached Cook from Wisconsin to take over for him when he retired. Like Devaney, he made a boss-ass pick for his successor.

So, you see, it's all related and fucking Husker awesome.

Miles was the best hire Oz made. I am really sorry I missed the game today but it was due to a wake for a family member otherwise I would have watched it live. As for you volleyball haters, oh welll you have your opinion. V-ball pays many bills for my 3 daughters - youngest one on scholarship, the other two are Metro high school volleyball coaches. My oldest is a head coach, and the middle one is her assistant. It was very wise of my wife for her bringing them up on that sport.

Collier and Sadler did not beat top 10 teams on the road.

They did not even beat top 25 teams on the road.

Winning on the road in College Basketball is 100 times harder than College Football. History shows that.

Does miles surpass one of them? Our basketball program was awful, would this be a greater accomplishment than what devany and osborne built assuming miles can do it?
