Zach Britton is still waiting to pitch in the 2016 Wild Card game.

Adam Jones, Chris Davis, Chris Tillman, Matt Wieters, Jake Arrieta, Zach Britton, Dylan Bundy, Jonathan Schoop, and Manny Machado were all handed to Buck still in their prime early age 20s.

All of them were really damn good players or cant miss prospects with good attitudes.
Add in veterans like Nick Markakis, Jim Johnson, and JJ Hardy still in their late 20s.

Buck has no fucking excuse for not winning anything other than a single division title in 8 seasons.
