Whats the deal with Rodger Goodell

Why is he dragging this suspension for Josh Gordon and Aldon Smith out so long. The Browns and the 49ers must be pissed it is taking him so long to get it over with. As a fan I am starting to recent Rodger fpr making us fantasy players wait so long.

He shouldn't be. It's easily explained as apples to oranges and if people can't get over it, guess what? They'll still watch, they'll still buy tickets and jerseys, and they'll still set records in ratings and attendance.
My guess is his mind was made up weeks ago but is allowing the time to pass for appearances sake, you know, make it look like he really gave it a lot of thought and took everything possible into consideration.

As far as Gordon is concerned Goodell suspended him for a full year a couple weeks ago arbitrator Harold Henderson is the one deciding if the punishment will stand.

He is lucky he didn't get a life time ban imo especially with the Dui so soon after the failed drug test. If I failed multiple drug tests and got a Dui I would not only be fired I'd lose my professional license.
