A great QB is a great leader, you don't have to throw for record yardage or TD's to be a great leader. Also everyone who throws for record yardage and TD's are not leaders. Tony's team often looks lost or confused, that reflects leadership. Yesterdays win wasn't just a one man show, sure Romo made the throws when he had to, but the O-line gave him time and the receivers got open.

You may be right, but those 70's teams were small and no where as strong as the players in the 90's and even today. Grant it a lot of them where on steroids, but who knows the rules have changed a lot of the years. A lot of things that were legal in the 70's, will get you suspended today.

Is that Tonys fault that the players he plays with dont know the plays and he has to tell them where to line up? I dont exactly see Dez getting a TV deal after he retires.
