Hoping my brother is going to be smoking the turkey tomorrow but fear it’s just going to be baked.I deep fry mine, but yes if you bake.
I take a couple of shelves out of the garage fridge and soak the turkey in a 5 gallon bucket for about 12 hours.
You can't even tell the moisture difference between white and dark meat. Juicy EVERY time.
