USA Today's Mike Jones reports Redskins president Bruce Allen "still has a good chance to keep his job."
Allen has been on the hot seat after the Redskins fired Jay Gruden. Owner Dan Snyder is considering a complete overhaul this offseason, but there are scenarios where Allen returns in a lesser role. Keeping the current power structure in place would come with some pushbacks, as Allen’s presence makes "many of the top coaching candidates hesitant to come to Washington." Allen has overseen just three wining seasons since joining the Redskins in 2010. His Snyder ties are the only thing saving his job.
