What U.S cities are likely to land an NFL team by relocation or expansion in the next 10 years?

I was wondering with the raiders going to Las Vegas in 2020, after that what direction is the NFL most likely to go toward looking at relocation or expansion and what cities are likely a great candidate? Jacksonville was rumored to play in London as a permanent home but those rumors died down pretty quickly. What NFL teams that are out their now whose stadium leases are almost up so that they can decide on whether they want to stay in the their city or decide to leave? The raiders don’t have anywhere to play next year currently but San Diego I heard could be an option. Carolina’s lease is almost up.

Las Vegas is regretting that decision now, we did business with bowlcut, what were we thinking. Raiders fans don't care where they play anyway, they figure they would be on parole and can't leave the state or be in jail.

You can take STL off, they already botched 2 soccer stadium deals. They arent getting another chance for a long time maybe not in my lifetime

I have been there ... the population was two ... the store owner and his son ... I hope the son moved out ... great place, plenty of room for a stadium and parking.

That would be ideal, given the passing of their former owner who was a major part of their issues there. However, I think they're locked in to LA for quite a while.
