Clippers and Chris Paul got more air time and "hype" than the Grizzlies could possibly dream of having. How many more Blake Griffin commercials and Cliff Paul commercials are we going to watch? Grizzlies are a very good basketball team, bad matchup for the Clippers, end of story. What god damn hype are they getting? The same hype the Pacers are getting?

This is where I mention something about the Los Angeles media market versus those in Memphis and Indiana. On top of that, Griffin and Paul have started all-star games, played in the Olympics(Paul) and won Slam Dunk Contests(Griffin). As Paydirt Cowherd would say, those guys "move the needle"......

There was absolutely a Vlad/Sheffield decision to be made. Once Worl and Pickles brought it up, I do remember that

I post here from work...to kill dead time throughout my day....the minute I get out of this place, posting here never even occurs to me...

Adjusting my fantasy roster takes all of about 3 minutes of my time (2 teams, so a whole 6 minutes), and represents 100% of the time I spend at or near a computer outside of my office....

maybe you're right...vlad was more productive over the next three years...but not so much more so that you look back on that as a bad choice, IMO

i just remember that most in yankee management wanted Vlad but Steinbrenner wanted sheffield

sheff was pretty damn good for them in 2004, no?

one of the more vicious swings in baseball history

another guy with a bad attitude who could have been a lot better

didnt he accuse torre of being a racist after he left?

Your vacations always seem to coincide with your teams' slides...are never mentioned prior to you leaving...and you always somehow make it back once they pick it up again...I'm shocked at the coincidences!
