Post Super Bowl Thoughts

I've reached a point of just laughing about it. They can keep shunning the Broncos as long as we just keep going out there and winning.

I was reading an article earlier this week right after the Super Bowl was over and they were already making predictions for next season and the top prediction they made was that the Broncos would miss the playoffs. Now maybe it is true but to me making such a claim right after they win the Super Bowl and have not seen the draft/FA/Cuts and everything else that happens with an off season just seems crazy. At times it almost seems like they are openly cheering against the Broncos. Heck saw it in my own family as my brother-in-law was cheering for Cam Newton in the Super Bowl and called my father-in-law afterwards to make sure he knew that if the Broncos had played the Panthers 10 times we would have lost it 8 or 9 of those times. To me I just laughed and said "I don't care if they would have...all we needed to do was win it that one time in the actual game that matters instead of dream world." I've seen the national guys say similar things. Like I said the Broncos will just keep on winning like they have been with being one of the most historic teams in the NFL.

The words Score Board ...just kills them ...nothing more ...add in Bitch if they got your fur up ..

Losing money on 401 k is like getting a pay raise if left alone , sale it and by something else is losing .

Keep and buy more stock then you would other wise .. people are there worst enemies

If you sale your 401 after it lost money you just killed yourself instead look at it as a blessing . you will be buying stock now way cheaper for a wile .. the stock market will rise and all that stock you bought cheaper was like a raise .

People should want more stock not high priced stock when doing 401s.. most down turns are very short lived so understand you just got a raise soon enough the market will rebound .. if you get worried and sale in low times you just hammered your self

He said - There has never been a 20 year period where the US stock market didn't grow - so leave your money in and look to the long end of things - the ones who lose big are the ones that panic sell. To take the elevator up you have to be willing to take the elevator down.

That works better if you are in your 30's and 40's than in your 60's and 70's. More money to invest in tougher times and more time to rebound.

SS most down times if you are talking about investing in 401k's as in how the market fairs as a whole lasts usually less than 6 months and that means more stocks bought during that time frame ...

Over a week after the game and it is still sinking in. Man there is something awesome about winning the Super Bowl against a team that went 15-1 in the regular season and bludgeoned the team with league's second best record 49-15 in the NFCCG. It's awesome that very few gave the Broncos a shot and they came out and completely controlled the game, despite their offense being only marginally effective.

The fact that so many Chiefs fans gleefully claimed our SB window was closing makes it better too. Aside from those claims being hope based at best the Broncos actually won the Super Bowl, so the argument is just stupid now.

It's good to be a Broncos fan.
