Sounds like you are forfeiting some of the Lakers titles? Say it isn't so!
TLF does NOT speak for all Lakers fans.
Sounds like you are forfeiting some of the Lakers titles? Say it isn't so!
Please explain why.
They have a D'Antoni era Suns feel to them.
For one, they are a horrible rebounding team. They have been out rebounded in every game they have played so far (including the Lakers). In the playoffs, where every possession is important, you have to be able to rebound.
They also aren't all that great defensively and have trouble closing games. Their up and down, "lob city" style of play is exciting, fun to watch and will win them a lot of regular season games. However, it also creates a "no lead is safe" situation. Like those D'Antoni Suns, if a team can hang around, the Clips will eventually let them back in it.
Also, in the playoffs, when the game slows down and becomes more physical, they struggle. It's why they haven't been able to get out of the 2nd round despite having one of the leagues more talented rosters.
Try to be optimistic. Not being able to get passed the first round in the BG32 and CP3 era.
We can't use the excuse of being inferior to the Spurs and Thunder.
Dirk proved that you can will your Team to a chip even if you are not the Team to beat of paper.
People might say that he only won one.
But, it was HUGE and vaults him into the top 3 PF's, post Mailman...imo....
The other two being Garnett and Duncan.
Aren't you being a bit too harsh? They have a D'Antoni era Suns feel to them.

Oh, I am...
But, I'm being realistic too.
With the Thunder down, the Clippers have a chance to make the WCF.
They just have to play balls to the wall.
Ps. The Thunder are getting Molly-woped by the Celtics.
Ibaka is an awful #2.
Especially when the current #1 * Jackson * should be the #4.
Yeah this list is not accurate. The Kings won one as well. He needs to remove them.Warriors won in 74-75... lol
Wednesday game is going to be interesting

They won an NBA Championship in 1951 as the Rochester Royals.
