I think the Celtics have a ton of pressure. They made the finals last year and the expectation with their core staying intact is improvement. The only way to do that is win it all. If they can’t do it this year is there really a way to improve this team to give them a better shot?

It's the Sixers. They will absolutely be major changes if they don't at least get to the conference finals this year, maybe even have to get to the Finals. The Clippers won't blow it up. They'll just convince themselves that if they had a full year of Kawhi/PG healthy, they would be fine, so they'll just go into the offseason tweaking stuff around those two like they have been. But if the Sixers lose? Doc is definitely getting fired. Harden is probably elsewhere and Embiid may even ask to be traded. Point is, that team will NOT be the same

I voted Sixers bc Harden could be gone and Embiid is not getting younger. This is the time BUT I do believe with Kawhi healthy a lot of pressure on the Clippers. The 76ers is correct though bc the C’s are still young with a core that isn’t going anywhere

The Cs are young, but really how much more can you put around them. This is their best version and they were in the Finals last year. With a young team you expect to improve, so anything besides a Championship is a disappointment. If the 76s or Clippers make the Finals it’s at least moving forward.

Imo, the C's being young is part of the reason I don't have them as the team with the most pressure. If they don't get it done this year, they still have time before their Tatum/Brown window closes.

The Clippers and Sixers are about done with their Kawhi/PG and Embiid/Harden windows. If they don't get it done this year, it's hard to see it happening. It's not as if any of those guys are going to get younger or less injury prone.

It's not that weird, it's a long ass 82 game season, teams have some stretches where they aren't playing great. Last year the Celtics were very average until the 2nd half of the year. They are still every bit as likely to win as say Milwaukee IMO.
