fucking Joe Namath. Now that he has more regular season wins than Joe Namath, I think he gets in.

The win-loss record is awesome but to me that's more of a team thing. Now it is becoming an interesting question.
The guy has never loss more than 5 games in any season.
As a starter never passed for less than 4000 yds.
64-16 record with 192 TDs.
Things to consider.
Only 5 years as a starter meaning has his career been long enough to be a HOFer?
Counter question.
Has a multiple NFL MVP player ever not made the HOF?
while I agree with you.The win-loss record is awesome but to me that's more of a team thing.
Hes absolutely in now. 2 superbowls and mvps. Yup
key words: would haveBut he would have had 2 Super Bowls and 2 MVPs in the scenario I laid out in July 2020 in the OP that many blasted at the time.

i prefer woulda but keep your eye on all things Dallas. It's what you do best.Yeah exactly, it was the scenario in the hypothetical questions asked in the OP. Man, you're really struggling here these past few days.
So over 24000 passing yards, >65% completion rate, 105.7 passer rating, 192 TD passes, 6 pro bowl selections & 2 SB wins and you think he might eventually get in. He would be a 1st year pickIf for whatever reason either by choice or circumstance that Mahomes retired after next season do you think it is possible for him to make the Hall of Fame? Has he done enough already and if not what would he have to do next year for his short legacy to be so mythical that he still makes it in despite only 3 playing years?
It would even less of a window than Terrell Davis but similiar situation.
I think if Mahomes wins MVP next season as well as the Super Bowl & Super Bowl MVP again then he could retire and be in the Hall of Fame within the decade. I think it might even be possible if he either just won the Super Bowl but not regular season MVP or he just won MVP but not the Super Bowl.
I almost think he could retire tomorrow and he would still eventually get in.

Did you even talk about non-Eagles players 3 years ago?Where were you to come to my defense on this argument 3 years ago?

The only bad thing about Mahomes is that his sticks his tongue out when really concentrating … hope he does not get hit in the head when he’s doing that and bites it off.1000% is now, and if you think otherwise, you're delusional, I am sorry.

J/k

YesWhat if he throws 8 TD passes next year to 50 INTs? Then gets benched after throwing 3 TD passes to 25 INTs the next year?
Think he still gets in?
