Just in case, you don't know: The Bills traded with the Cleveland Browns for Sammy Watkins. The Browns got the Bills' 9th overall pick, and their future 1st and 4th for 2015. Stevie Johnson was traded to the 49ers for a 4th round pick, which could turn into a 3rd round pick if certain conditions are met.
The Bills currently have on their wide receiver roster, apart from Watkins: Robert Woods, Mike Williams (from Tampa Bay), TJ Graham, and Marquise Goodwin. I will not go into their practice squad players.
I like the pick, even though, it's a risky pick. Watkins does have a criminal past and had a down year in his second season at Clemson. But I do think he's going to give Manuel a great tool to work with, and hopefully he'll have a great season for us.
As for Johnson, I am glad he's gone. He was more of a showboat than a wide receiver and had a history of dropping passes and constantly getting injured.
