What do you think is wrong with the Atlanta Hawks?

I have my opinion but I am interested in what everybody else thinks.

Hawks Facts
1. The Hawks have NEVER made it past the second round of the playoffs. NEVER.
2. The Hawks usually just barely do make the playoffs and get burned in the first round by a high seed.
3. The Hawks haven't ever had a Lebron or a Kobe.

I wouldn't say they suck considering the fact that before this year, they made the playoffs 4 or 5 consecutive years as a top 5 seed I believe.

The major issue with the Hawks is an issue a lot of teams have. They have decent players & role players but they're lacking that true star/superstar to carry them.

Teams like this I just assume their only goal is to make money.

If that is not the case then it is clearly Ownership allowing their GM not to get it right.
