RA.. pls explain your son still liking k state...

LOL

He collects Riddell mini-helmets. It's one he doesn't have and suggested when I inquired.

He has a nice collection. Nebraska was the first one he ever got. He also has both of the Nebraska Alt-uni mini helmets as well.

At $26 each there's a lot of money tied up in them.

A rock tumbler for them to share.

I bought a rock tumbler for my son a few years ago and that thing was the noisiest piece of crap we ever got him. I regreted buying it! We got so sick of hearing it and put the damn thing in the garage and I could still hear it through the walls at night when we went to bed. The thing ran for days and I don't think we ever got the results it promised. Needless to say, it somehow got "lost" when we moved.

When the kid at the mall asked me "How's your evening going?", I responded "How good can it be? I'm spending my cash on a K. State helmet."

He laughed and agreed.

My brother and I had one when we were kids (40 years ago). It never worked worth a fuck either. The guy at Hobbytown swore this one would work. It was $55.

It wouldn't be the first thin I've bought for them that didn't work as advertised. That's for damn sure.

Dad you're probably wondering why I followed you here to the forums.

Well, it's because we're concerned about your addiction to crack cocaine and strippers....so I'm trying to keep an eye on you.

College Son - round trip plane ticket to California, raising his allowance in fall of 2014. Plus, we pay for all of his college, food, rent, cell phone, etc. I gave both of our sons stock in Intel and Mattel when they were born.

High School Son - one electronic game, odds and ends clothes, cash. Plus, he has a car that he gets to drive to school that we pay all expenses for. I gave both of our sons stock in Intel and Mattel when they were born.

Wife - she is going to Brazil for a girlfriend trip. That woman buys herself so much other junk. Just about everyday this month a NEW package has arrived for her. She bought herself the latest and greatest Kindle, we own four now. Of course, she says she is upgrading hers and then passing them down to me or the boys. I hate the darn things. Turning them off is hard for me. When I finally get my book selection, sometimes it says I can't read that book, even though I was reading the book on it and I am half through it on THAT device. I get so frustrated with it, I just go the Public Library and get a book. It always works. I work with technology, and I hate technology.

Me - everyone to leave me alone. While wife is gone, I am tearing about the master shower, cleaning it up, and recaulking the whole thing. Hopefully, I will have it done before she gets back. Should I mention I have never done it before? When that happens, there will be the usual surprises. Probably some mold growing under the metal rails or something is what I am anticipating. Which reminds me, I need to research fungicide to see if I can do that with the bathroom hardware.

PS. My sons don't realize that once they turn 18 the stock is actually theirs. Somehow, I forgot to tell them that.

Cool story bro. I really hope your wife enjoys her trip to Brazil. Your kids will LOVE cashing in their stocks you bought them. Good luck with cleaning up and re-caulking your bathroom...

P.S....you are either extremely full of shit, or you actually are well off and hold a ton of resentment towards your family based on the amount of I and me's that you put in your list...not to mention you don't want anything to do with them...which pretty much makes you a big ass douche. Merry Christmas!
