Evolution Pinehopple. Just from a bottle. A bar about 15 minutes away has it on tap, usually. Evolution is a. brewpub from southern Maryland. If we're down that way we pay them a visit.

Evolution's Evo #3.

We bought a 12 bottle sampler pack. It's mostly just been sitting in the beer fridge so I figured I should drink it so it doesn't get too much older. They do good marketing and have their beers at local restaurants that don't brew their own. This one's better on tap.

Trillium is in Massachusetts, Dancing Gnome is in Pittsburgh, and Southern Grist is in Nashville. They've been open but they have recently (within the last couple weeks) announced that they will ship to Ohio.

Last year, Burial, Equilibrium, and Veil did some shipping here.

I usually go to the other side, Wilmington, at least one a year. Went to Asheville a couple years ago

We've got a Virtual Beer Dinner tonight. A local brewpub is putting this on. We get four courses for two people, plus beers for each course. It's all takeout, but while we eat they have a live Zoom with the chef and head brewer explaining what we've got.

Other restaurants do the same sort of thing with wines.

We always like the dinners, and it's a great way to push yourself out of your comfort zone and try something you'd never order off the menu.
