Even if Ibaka returns it is hard to imagine the Spurs losing 4 of the next 5. I think it is a 6 or 7 game series if he comes back though
Does Scott Brooks have to win Game 3 to keep his job? I think there is a huge difference in Ibaka coming back and OKC being competitive and OKC getting swept in terms of how we view OKC going forward.
Another factor in this series is that Tony Parker isnt 100%. If he gets knocked out of the series somehow, it would be just as big as OKC losing Ibaka.
The elephant in the room with the Thunder is Perkins making $9 million. If him and Sefalosha come off the books then thats like $12 million...enough to go after someoneBrooks shouldn't be fired. The GM needs to improve the bench, which can only be done if the 2 stars take pay cuts. Note that the Thunder pays their team $7 million more than the Spurs.

Im not sure Sefolosha missing games is a bad thing

Perkins, Sefalosha, Fisher, and most likely Butler gone next year. Need younger better players.
More than enough to get Diaw and another player.
Diaw is likely resigning with SA.
He is Parker's best man and closest friend. I don't seem him chasing a payday elsewhere and the Spurs are as good as chance as any team to be on a winner.

Did the Spurs have their top players in those games? The Nba is a funny thing. Okc won all for regular season games vs San Antonio with a couple of those being blowouts. Thunder lose 1 player and can't stay with in 20 points of the Spurs
