I think he gets 1 because he missed practically all of game 3 which the DOPeS will take into account.

my 2¢ - I don't think that should matter. Just like if the player was injured or not.

Intent is the key. Not sure why Benn would do that, but it seems obvious the intent to injure was there. The hit to take Stone down could have been interference and I would be ok with a no call there. He should get 2 games, but probably will get 1. Also, I think Petro's dumbass play against the Oilers deserved more than 1 game.

Saying that, the DOPS has a pair of glasses like no other.

they are so inconsistent and probably want vegas to win more so he will probably get two
