though I really do appreciate the goal that gave the Avs jump in the 3rd was because Smith came out and took a puck away from Nurse and fucked up on the clear (seriously, Nurse was RIGHT there)
and the game winning goal was because a 58 year old Duncan Keith got beat out of the corner by about 10 feet,

I have no problem with what the score did … i think they pretty much meme every team out there

But not so sure sportsnet memed the leafs when they choked on it in the first round … national broadcaster was too busy spinning positive narratives for the home team i reckon

In game 4 the Oilers had 5 power plays to the Avs 2. Yet the Avs outscored them on the power play 2-1. Sounds like the Oilers need better special teams to me.

It just is very weird to me, the city of Edmonton has what I think is an unhealthy relationship with the Oilers coupled with a sense of entitlement and take it very personally when they think they have been wronged. Oh well, it's entertaining watching them twist themselves into pretzels.
