the Heat's path to title got a little easier

Westbrook is a force no matter his at-times erratic style

at this late stage any player that tries to pick up the slack won't equal what Westbrook brings to the table

KD will have to work OT and Ibaka too

How is this better for the HEAT??

The only two teams in the West that could in theory give them issues are San Antonio and Memphis.

The HEAT flat out own Oklahoma City. The Thunder would have gotten swept. The HEAT are in their heads.

But OKC seems to have the Grizzlies and Spurs number.

Without OKC to knock off SA or Memphis, there is still a chance that Miami will have to play one of those two teams.

OKC still might win the west (or someone else).

But, deep down Miami does not want to see SA or Memphis in the finals if they had their choice.

then your vision of either team coming out of the west may become a reality, time will tell

Deep down, they might be more worried about the Knicks at this point.

I follow Memphis. They have a LOT of trouble getting to 90 points and their bench is somewhat suspect when Gasol leaves the floor. Miami would just go on a run every time Gasol left the floor. This is a good matchup for Miami.

San Antonio lives on the 3pt line. Miami guards the 3pt line well. Id take Bosh and Birdman over Duncan and Splitter. I dont see the Spurs advantage at all

That sucks!

Feel bad for him and the Thunder.

Unlike all the posters who laughed and cheered when Kobe got hurt, I will show some class.

The game is better when the best players are playing. Hope he returns.

SA and Memphis are the 2 teams that can play inside-out, and that's the best way of beating Miami. I'd give the edge moreso to Memphis however. Also, I'm not counting the Knicks out

Bad news for the Thunder. I don't think it is a given that they get past Houston now. Westbrook was a significant portion of the offense.

It's KD's time to shine and show the world what he's got. Time to shut-up those who question whether he's really the 2nd best player in the league.

It makes this series MUCH more interesting now.

Agreed. #2 in the league is up for grabs between Melo, KD and CP3. One of them needs to reach out and grab it
