Wes Welker was definutely worth it, also another underrated signing was Brent Grimes for the Dolphins. Pro Bowler this year and was a great Falcon during his time here.

"What a GREAT scouting job by BB!".....etc...

but now that he's a Bronco...

"Oh, we didn't really need him"...."we were smart to let him get away"....'The Broncos fans just can't gobble enough'....

Not sure if they are better off but I can't say it was the wrong move. Edelman is the reason they let him go, and he puts up 105 catches and over 1000 yds, sounds like Welker numbers. He is also a better punt returner and just plain faster (and younger). Not a fan of Pats or Broncos but I think both teams made out.

Anquan Boldin might be the best FA signing of the season and probably saved the 49ers season.

85 Receptions, 1179 Yards, 7 TD's, The only viable reciever for most of the season with Crabtree out and all for a 6th RD draft pick and at half the cost of Mike Wallace.

I like boldin but I think that the Fins were looking for a guy who could grow with Tanny. Speed was also a factor as they desperately needed it.
