I swam for BYU for one year and trust me, it is a hated rivalry, no different then UCLA/USC or Cal/Stanford, just at schools not necessarily known for being athletic powerhouses...but the hatred is there.

Yea true I'm not saying that it isn't a heated rivalry just saying I never thought of it as one. Like for example people think dalmatians are nice dogs to have as a pet when in reality they are temperamental and very mean

A bit curious as Hall and Jacobs have actually been receiving some praise lately and they profile as similar guys. But Collie is far more established, obviously.

I thought we were just bringing Hankins in for a workout. Don't see that we'd signed him. I liked him a lot where TN got him in the draft, but he hasn't done much. And the Pats aren't exactly stacked at WR these days....

Ahhhhh, I was hoping it was Andrew Hawkins that was cut from the Bengals and the 49ers signed him instead. I'd have been a happy man with THAT move but I kind of figured the Bengals didn't make and wouldn't make that move. I liked Lavelle somewhat when he got to Tennessee but now not so much.

A large part of me expects Collie to have to give up the game one last time before the season starts.

Ok, there it is. That was fast. Of the three, Robinson seemed like the guy who was the best fit for our needs given his size and speed. These guys seem more similar to Williams, Hall, and even Jenkins. But whatever. At this point we need bodies.

Bring in the bodies, send the message to the guys already on roster, let them compete and take the best of the bunch.

So I'm fine with these moves as I'm sure we could easily cut them without really any significant cap repercussions.

I would imagine one spot would be Cullivers since he should be heading to the IR which should free a spot up.
