One game suspension for being a stupid 19 year old. No other conditions.

If the University of Nebraska truly put a notice on the bicycles that they were marked as being abandoned and the University of Nebraska was going to confiscate them, (this stuff happens all the time on college campuses.) I know I would have came up with the idea of taking the bikes and selling them instead of letting the University taking the bikes and selling them. This explains the broad daylight bolt cutting.

i agree with HuskerinBig10. I think i read the same article. he'll get the diversion program, won't serve jail time. a suspension is called for, 1 game, maybe 2. I mean Lewis is spending 45 days in jail this summer and no one is calling for him to get suspended for any games. at least not that I've seen.

it's one of those stupid cases where 1 game won't do nothing but say "hey we discipline him" but if you suspended him for games people will say your being too hard. best bet is 1-2 games I'm guessing

Again, if Bo decides to let him remain a part of the program, then I'll support that decision and I hope the kid has to go through some hell to gain back the respect of his teammates.

If Bo tells him to find a new opportunity elsewhere, I support that. Ultimately, I think this should happen.

How long is forever?

I know if they sit there for a fairly short period of time without being moved the University takes them so that they aren't in the way of other students. Just like getting a car towed.....students can pay a fine to get it back.
