It's like the opposite of a Russian mail order bride. All you really know for sure is that the incoming party won't speak the language, is only there for the money, and probably has some pretty heavy baggage keeping them from finding a good match on the other side of the ocean. In this case, the baggage is a backpack full of emergency Whoppers.
