In general what I'm seeing is that the Eagles take good risks and because they take good risks it puts them in a position to take complimentary good risks. Far too often you can sink into a no-risk mindset with drafting. No point in that. You dont want a team full of average players.Jalen Carter should’ve been a top 5 pick, it was a steal that the Eagles got him where they did. He’s a dominant force on the D-Line. I guess he fell some because of off the field concerns but he should’ve gone in the top 5 IMO.
And yeah I expected DeJean and Mitchell to both go in the first round last year and was impressed that the Eagles got them both.
