He is however a great clubhouse guy and is on the brink of a 5 tool player.

He is a very valuable baseball player. Period. But he will be replaced and it won't affect Oakland like some make it out to be. Especially considering he wasn't in Oakland after 2015 and the A's got a #1 that is fantastic in the postseason.

Detroit hits Lester pretty good. If I was Oakland I load up on Right Handers if they think they will be facing Detroit in the playoffs.

Not sure if Oakland would have been better off with Andrew Miller and keeping Cespedes.
