time to start playing the backups and watching to see if Shanahan gets fired.

Three games back... the math is donethat wont happen yet until the math is done
wouldn't mind losing out to get a high 2nd round pick
I say use these last games as an early preseason and to try out a new D coordinator. I think shanahan should stay but if he insist on keeping Haslett, then we will have a couple of openings
What are some options for interim D coordinator? Hard to say we should promote from within at this time. Raheem hasn't had his secondary working at a high level. Or would you look outside? I saw someone mention Spanos... anyone else?
i made a post a few days ago abou lou spanos
snap reactions arent goodSnap reaction here... but we need more than a DC. We need more talent on the defense, an offensive line and quite possibly a coach. Chip Kelly made Mike Shanahan look like Jim Zorn for 3/4 of the game.
Haslett fails no matter what talent he has. Yes we need more talent. Does anyone honestly believe that he could somehow, for the first time in his career of coaching, have a top 10 ranked D with the addition of a couple of players. He has NEVER been ranker higher than 22. Haslett cannot tackle shady....neither can his defense. If a bottom defense is acceptable, let's keep him, he is guarenteed to deliver.
the defense is the huge issue hereActually we were ranked 13th year before last in defense. The offense not scoring until the fourth quarter had much more to do with the loss than the defense. RG3 looked like shit until the fourth quarter. That's not on the defense
