You still have a long ways to go with college and will most likely change your future plans/career choice. I literally changed what I wanted to do with my life career wise about 6-7 times already. You'll understand as you get further along and set your priorities.

It's a little early to be worrying about them hiring right now tho. You're better off with them on a hiring freeze now and then back-filling slots in hoards to fill retiree slots a few years from now.
