Can the Wings close out the desert dogs tonight? Will Doan play? He's still a game time decision, as far as I know. This is going to be a really tough game for both teams, Detroit is going to have to try to put away a Coyotes squad that is fighting tooth and nail for it's life, and the Yotes are going to have to beat the Wings AND the refs, in Detroit.
Coyotes forward Vernon Fiddler said the Red Wings are taking advantage of the breaks they're getting, such as scoring off his skate in Game 5.
"They're the best team in the league for a reason,'' Fiddler said. "They get a lot of respect from a lot of people, and the refs are especially one of them. We got to work for everything we get, and we've done it all year. No one has thrown us a bone all year and we don't expect it now.''

I don't know why everyone is always ripping on Detroit. It's full of beautiful people and fascinating architecture. Enjoy it before it's bulldozed, kids!
