Eric Staal.. has a mortal lock for the next decade on the Hart/Pearson/Ross/Richard.
Eric tried to single-handedley will his team into the playoffs after they dug themselves into a hole on November without him while the Captain was out injured.
Nobody on pro sports history has ever played with more heart, more desire, had a better work ethic or has had a bigger will to win.
Screw Crosby and OV, couple of lazy, selfish girly men, neither will be able to hold the Captains jock over the next decade.
