Well, I might be going to game 6 at Wachovia if it gets that far. My brother and I are strongly considering going to that game already. I bet you're hoping it doesn't get that far though.

Nah, Elliott hasn't really been that bad. I've been more disappointed with a few of the defensemen to be completely honest. Sutton hasn't been as good as I hoped and Carkner is just plain awful. Spezza hasn't stepped up either which is disappointing.

Yeah, I didn't think so, but I was reading an article suggesting the benching. Carkner was completely out of sorts on the Crosby goal. I think the Sens bounce back tomorrow. Fleury's meltdown meter is still about halfway, so if Ottawa can supply the area in front of the blue with big bodies, results will be had.

The Sens just need to compete harder. Other then Regin I haven't seen a whole lot of desperation from the forwards. The only way you beat the Pens is by outworking them and making them play defense and that falls on the forwards. When you don't get a forecheck going and you give them your zone so easily they're going to burn you time after time because they don't need a whole lot of room to make you pay.

The last few games were just far too easy for the Pens. In the first game the Sens played more of an attacking style and it frustrated the Pens. That along with crashing the net and getting under Fleury's skin would go a long way. But there's a big difference between saying they'll do that and if they actually will do that.

It does. He was playing lights out the last half of the season and I thought that maybe he turned the corner.

I felt like Heatley not being there anymore would be good for him in this kind of situation where he knows HE has to get it done but he's gone back to his pass first never shoot mindset. Problem is that never works...
