We do this with one difference. We let the cream cheese soften up then spread it on bread, lay the ham on top of that, then put the pickle on one edge of the bread and roll it up. Then slice up the roll.Some people get squeamish around mustard.
How about this one then: a slice of ham with a schmear of cream cheese wrapped around a baby gherkin pickle?
