They stacked the box, so I think it was the right play. If there was no hold, that would have been a first down. The hold kept him from getting the separation he needed to convert the down.

Almost 80 passes thrown and there was a total of 6 penalties, I'm not sure if ANY of them were offensive holding, which hurt us more than it did NO??

there weren't any calls for holding on both sides of the ball... the Rams just made a piss poor effort on defense in regards to rushing the passer. Mcvay for as good as he is... must take the blame for some of this buffoonery with the play calling in not running the best back in the league more and the early miscues...

The difference in this game was our porous defense. Fowler made a difference in the second-half but we have players who have no earthly business being on the field. Most notably, Marcus Peters who gave-up, nearly single-handedly, 200+ yards to WR Thomas. The Rams should seriously think about moving Peters in the future.
