I would be shocked if the Rams got a 2nd or 3rd rounder for Akers with the way he has looked since his injury.

And what team is desperate enough at RB to pay that price to hope Akers returns to form?

We shall see how this plays out. We don't have a Fourth Rounder yet. Maybe that is what the Rams will settle for in this trade.

I don't know either Rambunctious. I'll have to look at the video. I know Aboushi was playing and he's a Guard so maybe they put Aboushi at Left Guard and brought in Evans or Brewer at LT. Don't know if Skura played at Center or not.

Looks like the Rams started with Left-to-Right: Noteboom, Evans, Kolone, Jackson, Havenstein.

After Noteboom went out, the Rams went to from Left to Right: Jackson, Evans, Kolone, Aboushi, and Havenstein. That was the O-line combo that began to click and played pretty well in the Second Half.

Aboushi played very well and so did Kolone and Jackson. Havenstein had some bad moments and Evans is still a sieve sometimes but that O-line maybe the one combo they go with going forward.

With the O-line of, from Left to Right: Alaric Jackson, Evans, Kolone, Aboushi, and Havenstein, Stafford had the most time on nearly every pass play that he had last year and the run started to click. They looked like the Rams of last year in both the run and pass with that O-line. Maybe McShit-fer-Brains finally found his O-line.

BTW, Skowronek is the new Kendall Blanton because he had some serious O-line type blocking on all Second Half drives that ended-up as TDs or FGs. Side note: Benton Whitley cleared waivers and was re-signed to the Chiefs PS again as we did not sign him to our PS.

Looks like Noteboom is another Achillies Tendon Rupture injury. If it is, he's done for the year and maybe his career is done. But McShit-fer-Brains found his O-line and that is probably who they will go with against the Niners.

The Rams O-line wasn't in good enough shape to compete, when they all go down with injuries before the 6th game of the season something has to change with their physical reediness.

I agree Rambunctious. I'd like to know who the training crew is on the Rams and what they are doing because we have had a rash of injuries to the bigger people this year.

Carolina wants multiple Number Ones for Christian McCaffery and the Rams don't have a Number One pick for two more years. The Panthers are not interested in player swaps either. But the Rams are apparently going to wait until the Chargers rookie RB Spiller comes back from injury to see if Michel becomes available and then obtain him to fill the void that Akers will leave. The Rams should have signed him to the PS when they had the chance.
