Phins are in big trouble. Tanny makes bad decisions even when he does have time to throw and has no pocket presence at all. Offense needs to be rebuilt from the trenches up though. Only a couple WRs will still be around in a couple years. Tunsil will get better too so hang on to him. Maybe Pouncy if he can stay healthy some day. The rest of the offense can go.
