And here I was trying to use this game to judge how good GT actually is this year.

Gonna be a LONG year for both teams it looks like.

we really should be 1-2, really lucky not to be. we are not a good team right now, havent played well in any of our 3 games this season. LT3 looks like hes lost all his mojo, no offensive line, no running game, and defense acted like it didnt know how to do anything today.

I guess thinking that VT could be dominant with no offensive line, no running back, (and apparently no QB) was a bit too optimistic. But that was when we thought we had a defense.

Wow, I really don't know what to say about this one. Minus an awesome PR by Jarrett and a great game breaking TD Davis..the score would be 35-3. This team should be embarassed. They played pitifully on offense and defense. If the effort and execution isn't any better than this we could be easily be looking at 4-5 more losses.

I have no doubt that the team is better than this and more talented than this. I'm not really sure what the problem is?? I am baffled.

Just think how long Beamer has put up with a poor O-line and Wisconsin fired theirs after 1 bad game. I guess Newsome is just one really friggin likeable guy

Suddenly, I'm worried about Bowling Green.

Not the least of which is because my it's my wife's school.

After last weeks game, I kind of figured we'd get at least 4 losses this year. After this game, I'm worried about every game left on the schedule. If we can't beat Pitt and struggled at times against Austin Peay, unless this team can shake the cobwebs and wake up, even games against BC and Duke are in question. I'm still going to cheer hard and hope we can do the typical Tech turnaround, but all expectations I had for this season are shot.
