I heard an interesting discussion on espn radio this morning. It was suggested by one guy that 75% of the players in the NFL are black. And that's due to the fact that black players who come out of high school and college are better than their white counterparts. But the white players still love the game and so they gravitate to coaching and player conditioning so they can still be a part of the game they love.
So naturally some white players end up with many more years of experience as coaches than a newly retired black player for example...
